Privacy Statement — RDIT Products

RDIT Products, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands, KvK 42143705, Fuchsiastraat 17, the Netherlands. Contact: support@rditproducts.com.

We deal with personal data in two ways. As a controller — when you visit this website, email support, or buy a licence — we decide what happens to that information, and this page covers that. As a processor — when one of our apps moves data inside your own systems on your instructions — you decide, and that's covered per app in that app's annex, linked from this page, governed by our Data Processing Addendum.

The website

Static, hosted on Cloudflare Pages. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising — we don't know who visits and haven't built any way to find out. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies; not used to profile you.

Support

Emails are held on Zoho Mail, EU data centre, retained 24 months after a matter closes, then deleted. Never send us a credential — we'll never ask.

Purchases

Purchases go through the Atlassian Marketplace; Atlassian handles billing and we never see card details.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Write to support@rditproducts.com; we respond within one month (extendable by two where the law permits). You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

What our apps do

No sub-processor has access to the customer data our apps process — they run inside your own Atlassian tenancy. We do use two providers to run the business itself: Zoho Mail (EU) for correspondence and Cloudflare for this website — both listed, dated, at Sub-processors. Per-app detail lives in that app's annex — currently: Self-Managed GitLab Connector for Jira, at the annex.
